Terms and Use Policy for Bike Rent in Pokhara

Welcome to Pokhara Bike and Scooter Hiring Service Pvt. Ltd.
By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Responsibility

The client takes full responsibility for the bike, scooter, or motorbike during the rental period.

2. Return Time

• The rented vehicle must be returned no later than 6:00 AM following the rental day (unless otherwise agreed).
• Late returns will incur additional charges.

3. Late Return Penalty

If the bike is not returned on time, the following penalties apply:

• NPR 400 per hour for scooters.
• NPR 600 per hour for motorbikes.

4. Damage or Loss

• The client will bear all costs for any loss, damage, accidents, or theft of the vehicle or its accessories (e.g., locks) during the rental period.
• The client agrees to inspect the bike before departure and acknowledges its condition.

5. Insurance

• No insurance coverage is provided for the rented vehicles.
• The client is fully responsible for any damage, accident, or theft.

6. Tires, Tubes, and Mechanical Parts

• No guarantee is provided for tires, tubes, brake pads, clutch wires, or clutch plates.
• Any necessary repairs due to regular wear and tear during the rental must be borne by the client.

7. Fines and Penalties

• If the client receives any traffic fines or police penalties during the rental period, the client must pay them.

8. Pricing

• Rental prices may differ based on whether the trip is within Pokhara Valley or outside the valley.

9. Booking Policy

• Booking charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

10. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or change our Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our premises or website.
We encourage clients to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
